We’re committed to making a difference in our communities.

Through Dupaco and the Dupaco Foundation*, we help people and support programs that further our community pillars: Affordable housing and homeownership, upskilling and reskilling, and small business development.

*The Dupaco Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) private foundation, governed by a separate board of directors, whose purpose is charitable.

Our living arrangements can affect our financial lives, access to resources and overall happiness, the Federal Reserve reports. That’s why we’re committed to providing affordable housing and homeownership solutions to the communities we serve.

Helped first-time homebuyers attain homeownership by connecting them with grants from the Dupaco Foundation and Federal Home Loan Bank.

Dupaco partners with the Key City Creative Center to help people expand their skills and reach their entrepreneurial dreams. In 2023, Dupaco provided three winners with six-month memberships to the Dubuque, Iowa, makerspace.
