What Members Can Do To Help Dupaco
Community Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of its
members. Members can help by following some simple guidelines:
- Protect
your account numbers, card numbers, Personal Identification Numbers
(PINs), and passwords. Never write your PIN on the back of your credit
or debit card in case your card is lost or stolen. Doing this could
provide immediate access.
- Use caution when disclosing your
account numbers, Social Security numbers, etc., to other persons.
Always make sure you know who you are talking to when someone calls.
Many times scam artists will call, posing as a credit union employee,
to obtain account information.
- Official credit union staff will
already have access to your information and will not need to ask for
it. Also note that Dupaco will never solicit e-mails requesting your
credit union username, password, PIN number, or other personal identity
information.
- Keep your information with us current. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know.
