Voting begins Jan. 9, 2025

Each year, Dupaco members have the opportunity to participate in Dupaco’s board elections. Dupaco’s trusted partner, Credit Union Executive Society (CUES), will help administer the election.

Hint: Voting won’t take place during the event. There are two approved ways you can cast your vote (online or by paper ballot), but you can only vote once.

Members can vote online through Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). Please review these important dates to submit your vote online:

Online voting begins: Jan. 9, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. CT
Deadline to vote: Feb 13, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. CT

Here’s how to cast your vote online:

  • Tap “Get started” below to be redirected to CUES.
  • Log in using your member number as the username and your eight-digit birthdate (no spaces) as the password. For example, if you were born on August 2, 1959, your password is 08021959.

Members can request a paper ballot by calling the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES) at 866-356-0726. Please review these important dates to request and send your paper ballot:

Request for paper ballot begins: Jan. 9, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. CT

Deadline to mail paper ballot: Postmarked Feb. 13, 2025, and received by CUES no later than the close of business Feb. 20, 2025, to be counted.

Paper ballots will not be accepted at any Dupaco branches.

Voting eligibility: A member shall have one vote regardless of the number of or class of shares held by the member. Only the primary, in our case, is the member, and they are the only ones eligible to vote as they are the “member.” Members shall not vote by proxy. A member other than a natural person may cast a single vote through a delegated agent. Members shall be at least 16 years of age by the date of the meeting in order to vote. New Dupaco members who meet the voting eligibility requirements may begin voting the Monday after their membership begins and will follow the same voting deadlines noted above.
