If you suspect that your Dupaco debit or credit card is lost, stolen or compromised, we recommend disabling it as soon as possible. Doing so will prevent card misuse and fraudulent charges.
- Log into Dupaco Shine Online or Mobile Banking.
- Click on the account connected to the card you suspect is missing or compromised.
- Click on the Actions tab. Then turn your card off.
- Check your transactions for any suspicious activity. Hint: You can report your card lost, damaged or stolen from the Actions tab.
