If you suspect that your Dupaco debit or credit card is lost, stolen or compromised, we recommend disabling it as soon as possible. Doing so will prevent card misuse and fraudulent charges.

  1. Log into Dupaco Shine Online or Mobile Banking.
  2. Click the Account Safety tab (located on your Accounts page).
  3. Choose Card Security, then disable the card you suspect is missing or compromised.
  4. Check your card’s Transactions page for suspicious activity.
