Manage Your Account Alert Settings
Received a Dupaco banking alert you didn’t want or expect? This page explains how to update your notification preferences for account alerts — like transaction updates, balance notices and two-step verification codes — or what to do if you received an alert by mistake.
Need to change how you receive two-step verification codes?
Two-step verification is a requirement for all Shine Online Banking accounts. We are unable to remove this security feature from your account as well as the alerts that follow.
If you don’t want to receive your 2-Step codes via email, add your mobile number to receive codes via text instead.
Want to turn off or adjust transaction, balance or statement alerts?
To manage these alerts please login to Shine Online Banking and navigate to the eNotifiers section where you can configure which alerts you would like to receive.
Received a verification code you didn't request?
If you received one of these verification codes it’s likely that one of our members mistyped their phone number or email address when registering. This shouldn’t happen again but if you continue to receive these codes please give us a call at 800-373-7600, ext. 0 or contact us at service@dupaco.com.
Received a transaction or account alert that isn't yours?
Please give us a call at 800-373-7600, ext. 0 or contact us at service@dupaco.com and we will remove your number or email from the associated account. Sometimes people change emails or phone numbers and you may have received a new number that once belonged to one of our members.
Dupaco takes your security and privacy very seriously. So we’ll never ask you to provide personal or account information in an email. And we ask that you please be cautious when opening or responding to emails, text messages, and phone calls related to your Dupaco account(s). If you’re concerned about the legitimacy of a message you receive, please call us at 800-373-7600, ext. 0.
