What’s a live video teller—and how does it work?

A live video teller, sometimes called an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), looks a lot like an ATM. But it connects you to a real Dupaco teller through a video screen.

Just tap the screen to start. A teller will then appear on the screen to help you in real time. You’ll see and hear each other just like a video call, while the teller securely controls the machine to process your transaction.

Some of Dupaco’s ITMs are located outside in drive-up lanes, perfect for quick stops on the go. Others are found inside branch lobbies, offering the same personal service—just through the screen.

It’s the same friendly experience you’d get at the counter, simply in another way.

What you can do with a live video teller 

You can take care of almost all the same transactions you’d handle with an in-person teller, including:
