| Seats still available for June 7 breakfast seminar on continuum of care |

| Details: | Dupaco Community Credit Union will host a breakfast seminar on the topic of aging and the continuum of care on Thursday, June 7, at Take 2 Restaurant, located at 111 Millennium Drive in Platteville. Registration and breakfast will be from 8:45-9:15 a.m., with the seminar following from 9:15-10:30 a.m.
Titled "What's the Next Step?" this informative seminar will address how care needs change throughout life. Topics covered will include hiring help for in-home assistance, signs that additional assistance may be needed, family conferencing and keeping communication open among all involved, sharing responsibilities, evaluating assisted-living facilities and nursing homes, selecting long-term care insurance, support groups and helpful community resources, and more.
Gayle Mason, Director at the Grant County Center on Aging, will present. Dupaco Financial Services staff will also be on hand to offer suggestions to plan financially for changing care needs.
Breakfast and seminar attendance are free to Dupaco members who meet the eligibility requirements of Dupaco's Prime Time Club. A nominal cost of $5 is required for guests.
