The Dupaco R.W. Hoefer Foundation was established in 2011 to honor the retirement of 47-year employee and long-time Dupaco Community Credit Union President and CEO, Robert W. "Bob" Hoefer. The Dupaco R.W. Hoefer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization reflects the spirit of Dupaco Community Credit Union's mission of improving peoples' financial positions and enhancing the quality of life.
The Foundation is designed to carry on the Bob Hoefer tradition of providing personal financial assistance and coaching to help hardworking and financially prudent Dupaco members and the general public recover from unforeseen life events and to increase their opportunities for financial stability through education. With a focus on personal pride and dignity, the foundation aims to transform sudden and unexpected economic hardships into financially-sustainable outcomes for individuals and families.

. The Dupaco R.W. Hoefer Foundation is
a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the
extent allowed by law.
The Dupaco R.W. Hoefer Foundation
solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with its mission.
Donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships,
corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities,
without limitations. In the course of its regular fundraising
activities, the Dupaco R.W. Hoefer Foundation will accept donations of
money, real property, personal property, stock, and in-kind services.
Certain types of gifts must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the
special liabilities they may pose for the Dupaco R.W. Hoefer Foundation.
Examples of gifts which will be subject to review include gifts of real
property, gifts of personal property, and gifts of securities.

MAY 1: Deadline for submission of grant applications for June awards
JUNE 15: Notification for June award cycle
NOVEMBER 1: Deadline for submission of grant applications for December awards
DECEMBER 15: Notification for December award cycle
Grant requests can be made at any time and depending on timing,
urgency, and the volume of applications, grant awards could be made more
frequently if deemed necessary by the Foundation Board
