Used books now being collected to benefit Newspapers in Education
Posted:April 26, 2010
Details:
Dupaco and The Telegraph Herald are once again teaming up to help recycle books and promote literacy. Help out by dropping off your used books in the solicitation bins at any Dupaco location in Dubuque now through May 13. Donated items will be sold at 1044 Iowa Street in Dubuque on May 22 and 23 for just pennies on the dollar. All sale proceeds will be used to provide free newspapers to help educate tri-state-area students on current events and other various subjects. And any unsold books will be donated to area community-service organizations that will put them to good use. Now that’s ReadCycling!

DoPack members! Earn one DoBuck for donating two or more books! Simply speak with a Dupaco member service representative when you drop off your books to collect your DoBuck.
