Photo caption: Dupaco Community Credit Union's Lynn Schmitt (left) on April 9 opens an account for Kinzy Rateliff, who joined the credit union as part of her participation in the Opportunity Passport program. The Dupaco membership will help Rateliff and her seven classmates learn financial management, obtain experience with the mainstream banking system and save money for assets. Upon successful completion of the program, Opportunity Passport will deposit $100 into Rateliff's savings account.
