Savings
In credit union language, a savings account is called a “share
account.” When you open yours at Dupaco with a minimum $25 deposit,
you’re buying your share of ownership in the Credit Union. You’ll earn
interest on your savings above $100, and the money you deposit enables
us to make loans to other Credit Union members, thus completing the
cooperative circle. Plus, your deposits are federally insured for up to
$250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), and
eligible share savings accounts are automatically covered with life savings insurance at no cost to you. Once your share account is
opened, you can take advantage of all the other products and services
Dupaco offers, including: - Other savings account types such as free or interest-bearing checking, high-yield savings, money market, term share certificate, and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
- Personal and business loans
- Insurance for personal and business property
- No-cost, no-obligation consultations with our team of financial experts
- A host of other products and services
