| Members Report Receiving Suspicious Calls Requesting VISA Information |

| Details: | Dupaco members have reported receiving calls to their cell phones that indicate the need for the member to enter their VISA debit or credit card number to reactivate their card. Dupaco does not offer a VISA debit card, and does not make calls to members asking for account information. Should you receive a similar call, or a call that seems suspicious, hang up and report the call to the authorities. If you have any doubt whether the call came from a trusted source, hang up and call your financial institution using a number you know to be legitimate. As a reminder, NEVER give out sensitive account information, including your credit or debit card numbers. |
