At Dupaco, your deposits are federally insured for up to $250,000 per qualifying account by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. government agency. Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) are also covered for up to an additional $250,000 per qualifying account.

On October 3, 2008, the level of coverage provided by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund was increased to $250,000 (from $100,000) and has now been made permanent by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
