Dupaco's Jill Rothenberger is one of 15 credit union leaders selected to participate in the Iowa Credit Union League's Iowa Innovation Group (IIG) program. The program was established to foster the development of new ideas and innovations for the credit union industry. Each participant will serve a seven-month term, participate in periodic meetings led by a team from ICUL and Filene Research Institute and be responsible for piloting new ideas at their credit union.
Rothenberger currently serves as Dupaco's vice president, consumer lending, at the Hillcrest branch in Dubuque, Iowa.
In the more than 11 years Rothenberger has been with Dupaco, she has grown in the areas of consumer and mortgage lending, and has demonstrated her ability to lead the credit union's lending function in service to more than 83,000 members from 18 offices.
The Iowa Innovation Group will be tasked with identifying new ways to improve how credit unions provide financial guidance to their fields of membership.
"Jill couldn't be a better fit for the IIG," said Joe Hearn, Dupaco's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Her enthusiasm for helping members reach their goals and relentless determination to help grow credit unions will serve the IIG program well."
