Dupaco's newest branch to be unlike any other

Dupaco Community Credit Union has always been willing to try new things.

Now the cutting-edge credit union is taking this philosophy to its newest planned branch, which will be unlike any other credit union office.

Dupaco's Peosta branch

The branch is expected to be leased as part of a Kwik Stop and DQ Grill and Chill development on the southwest side of Peosta, Iowa, where a longstanding Phillips 66 station existed.

The new facility is expected to open in the summer of 2015. As a tenant, the Dupaco branch will be incorporated into the north side of the building and will have a separate entrance.

With its small footprint and close proximity to Northeast Iowa Community College, the branch will serve as a laboratory to:

  • Explore and test new ways of helping members understand money and improve their financial positions;
  • Deploy and test emerging technologies that shift staff time and resources from traditional transactional duties to more meaningful member interactions; and
  • Test future member-centric branch designs and concepts through a sparse and flexible layout.

I was reluctant when you folks announced the new logo, but after seeing this concept of the new branch design, I think everything came together nicely. Good work, hope the new branch serves you well in 2015!

So I have to tell you, I have been such a fan of Dupaco for a very long time. It all started when I bought a house and dealt with the ladies in Galena!! They are ALL amazing! Then worked with Lisa Elscamp on something, and she was fantastic to work with, very understanding and so very helpful (you are lucky to have her). Then just recently I worked with Brittany Muntz to reopen a checking account after moving back to the area. She was great..(even gave me some great tips). So THIS is why we do our banking at Dupaco. Great place to do your banking, and see what Customer Service is all about!!

I have to put a BIG SHOUT out to Deb in the share draft department. She was with me every step of the way from finding I was scammed to resolving the issue. I was frantic as you could imagine, but in her calm, polite, manner, she helped me in every way possible. So today I am thankful for 2 more things in my life...Dupaco and Dear Sweet Deb! Thank you Deb! Sincerely, Karen
