I visited the new Marion branch today and was disappointed by the interactive teller. While she was friendly and helpful talking to a monitor lacks the personal interaction I have had as a long time member. Hopefully this isn't the new "face" of Dupaco.

Hi Matt, thanks for your feedback! We're glad to hear that your service was good, but understand your concern about the lack of personal interaction in talking to a screen. We utilize interactive tellers in order to help free up our in-person staff to have deeper conversations with members about loans, accounts, etc. Marion interactive teller

Just used the Interactive Kiosk at NewBo this morning for the first time. It was a slick process. However, there is a lot of outside noise around the kiosk in the building since essentially it's a big warehouse. Makes it difficult to hear the teller. Would be nice to have it somehow in a location that muffles the ambient surrounding sounds. Thanks much.

Why do I get locked out because I don't log on more often? I usually just check in at the end of the month to get a statement.

Hi Karen, there is no minimum number of times you must log in per month to access Shine. Usually getting locked out results in incorrect login information being entered. Please call us at 563-557-7600 / 800-373-7600, extension 0 and we'll help you get connected to Shine. Open my account

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed that Dupaco took a completely user friendly WEB site and made it impossible. I used to go on line to Dupaco, hit Shine, and access my accounts. Now I push keys until I find a place to log in. I thought keying "access" would work but it just sends me on a chase. I really don't know how to do it!! I suppose I'll figure it out but I'm extremely irritated!

Bill, sorry to hear you are having trouble finding the login for Shine. You can now enter your username right from our homepage, www.dupaco.com. (Get to the homepage from here by clicking the Dupaco logo in the top left of this page.) Once there, enter your username in the box under "Online Banking" that appears in green in the top right quadrant of the page.
