Hi Karen, there is no minimum number of times you must log in per month to access Shine. Usually getting locked out results in incorrect login information being entered. Please call us at 563-557-7600 / 800-373-7600, extension 0 and we'll help you get connected to Shine.
Hi Tim, our server was experiencing some issues over the weekend. They have been corrected, and you should be able to log in just fine now.

Bill, sorry to hear you are having trouble finding the login for Shine. You can now enter your username right from our homepage, www.dupaco.com. (Get to the homepage from here by clicking the Dupaco logo in the top left of this page.) Once there, enter your username in the box under "Online Banking" that appears in green in the top right quadrant of the page.
